Before proceeding, can you clarify whether you can't access your account or if it was deactivated? This will help me give you an accurate answer to your concern.
If you are unable to access your account, it is due to multiple invalid login attempts. To resolve this issue, you can wait a few minutes before logging in again.
If you forgot your password or username or lost access to your phone number or email address, you can follow these steps to recover your account.
- Go to our sign-in help page.
- Enter your email or user ID.
- Click Continue and choose how you want to verify your identity.
- Enter the Verification Code you receive from your email.
- Click Continue, and you may now be able to reset your password.
If your account was deactivated or your plan expired, you can resubscribe to regain access.
