You can check your email, including your Spam folder, for any follow-up updates.
If you haven’t received any emails within 5 to 7 days, I suggest reaching out to our live phone support team to review the status of your application.
Here’s how you can connect with an expert through QuickBooks Online (QBO):
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click on the (?) Help icon and navigate to the Search tab.
- Enter your question or topic in the search bar, then select Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
- Choose between Chat or Callback for support.
If you prefer to contact support via the Merchant Service Center, follow these steps:
- Click on Support in the top menu.
- Type your concern in the What can we help you with? box, then click Continue.
- Select either Chat or Callback.
Don’t forget to check their support hours beforehand to ensure help is available when you reach out.
