Hi sjudson29@outloo, I'll help bring in your bank statement.
You can edit or create a CSV file format of your transactions to bring in and import a bank statement. Let me share them and help you create the file.
To start with, download a CSV file format listing all your bank transactions in a statement directly from your bank's website. Once done, here are the following options you can choose from in creating the file:
And make sure the file is only at 350 KB data before saving it. Learn more about creating a CSV file with this article: Format CSV Files in Excel to Get Bank Transactions into QuickBooks Online.
From here, go ahead and import the file using the steps in this article: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online.
I've also included this reference for the steps that'll help you review your transactions: Categorize and Match Online Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you have any other questions working with your bank statement, please let me know by leaving any comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand. Take care always!
Another option, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
