Once your bank is partnered and connected with QuickBooks, all transactions and attachments imported into the program will load automatically to easily review, categorize, and match the transactions.
Since your client uses the same bank, I recommend contacting the bank to enable the option to include the attachments in the file whenever you download the bank transactions.
Additionally, you can manually add or delete attachments in QuickBooks Online.
Also, you can categorize and reconcile your accounts to make them accurate and balanced.
