how to fix error code 103

Hi there, @jayland86.

Error code 103 occurs when the login credentials you entered in QuickBooks Online (QBO) don't match those on your financial institution's records. You may have entered them correctly on your credit card's website but made a mistake when inputting them in QBO.

If you're trying to connect your bank to QBO for the first time, please ensure that you have the correct user ID and password for your bank account. If your password is auto-filled, click the show icon next to it to verify if it's accurate.

Also, some banks require you to grant permission to connect your bank account to another service like QBO. Please follow your bank’s instructions to enable this connection, or contact them if you have any questions or need assistance.

If you're already connected but have recently updated your credentials with your financial institution, you'll need to update those details in QBO as well. Follow step 3 from this article to update your sign-in information for your bank in QBO: Fix bank error 103 in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to revisit this thread if you have any additional questions.
