How to input last months information

Hey there, @rhsdoesitall.

Let's get some insight into importing last month's information.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can only import transactions, but don't worry. I've got you covered.

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Settings ⚙ icon.
  3. Pick Imports.
  4. Select the account you want to add the transactions into.
  5. Make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks. The other columns can be in any order.
  6. Click Continue to successfully import the transactions.

Note: If you're importing your spreadsheet or other transactions that are from a bank that isn't connected with QuickBooks, then you can press import transactions at the bottom of the Imports page. Same steps above work with that option as well.

Learn more about reviewing and categorizing your transactions by looking into this link.
