To verify my understanding, are you using QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Checking, or are you using Quicken?
If you're using QuickBooks Online, and would like to speak to an expert about a QuickBooks Checking account, you can reach them while signed in.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your company.
- Go to Help.
- Use the QB Assistant or Search tab.
- Search for Talk to an expert if you're on your QB Assistant tab, or select Contact us on the Search tab.
They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and discuss what's going on with it. Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
