Buy nowWe can stop your bank transactions from automatically downloading into QuickBooks Online by disconnecting your account, @darlene19. I'll help you on how you can do it.
When you connect your financial institution, QuickBooks automatically downloads the recent entries. If you unlink it, it will simply cease downloading new transactions into our system.
Please take note that if you disconnect an account, the entries that require categorization in the For review tab will no longer be visible on your dashboard. Also, that transactions older than 90 days wouldn't be downloaded when you reconnect your account. However, you can still choose to manually upload them to our program.
Once ready, you can follow these steps on successfully doing so.
