Hello there, @waymentashley.
I'm happy to lend you a hand today.
I want to ensure I'll be able to provide you with the right resolution. Can you share with me more details about the changes you want to make? Any additional information will be much appreciated.
Nonetheless, if you're referring to changing the business account in banking, you need to delete first your connected bank account. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Click on the pencil icon in the upper left corner of your connected account.
- Select Edit account info.
- Click on Delete this account on save.
- Save and Close.
Once done, you're now ready to link the account you wish to.
On the other hand, if you're referring to changing the payment method of the business account you accidentally created, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
- Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
- Select Billing and Subscription and click on Edit next to your payment method.
- Make the necessary changes.
- After saving your change, the payment method will be displayed on the Billing and Subscription page.
However, if you're referring to something else, you're always welcome to post a reply in this thread. I'll be around to assist you.
Additionally, I've included an article that you may find helpful if you want to reconcile your accounts so they match your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
I'll jump right back in to assist if you need anything else in managing your QBO account. Best regards.
