I already have ebillity by time tracker and want to sync with new QB online account, anyone ever done that?

Welcome to the Community, @lbryant1. Yes, I'm here to guide you with integrating the two programs. 

Let's click the Get app now button so you can sync Time Tracker by eBillity with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please log into your new QBO account as an admin before performing the steps below. 

1. Go to Apps from the left menu. 
2. Enter Time Tracker by eBillity in the Search box.
3. Select the correct app. 
4. Click Get app now. 
5. Choose the QBO version you're using. 
6. Hit Connect. 

The screenshot below shows you the last three steps. 

Once connected, it will appear on your My Apps tab. From there, you can launch, support, disconnect, or leave an app's review in the software. View the screenshot below for your visual reference. For more details, visit this article: Managing Apps.
