I am having trouble with bank connect.  Will not update.  Error message 102 and bank is no help in resolving this issue

For now, let's manually update the bank connection in QuickBooks. This can restore the connection. I'll show you how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Bookkeeping and then select Transactions.
  3. Choose Bank transactions.
  4. Click Update.

If you still see an error, consider waiting for two to three hours and try again.

Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
