If this is the first time you've connected the bank account, then the historical transactions that are imported defaults to 90 days.
Otherwise, update the bank by going to the Gear > Bank Accounts > Refresh all. Please see this sample screenshot as a visual guide:
Once done, if your transactions are still missing, you'll want to use the Import Transactions option by following these steps:
- Go to the Gear > Imports.
- Select the Import older transactions link of the bank account where you want to upload the transactions.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and select Import once you're finished importing your data.
