Hi Purviseduassessments, we can refresh the account to ensure transactions are downloaded from your bank. To do this, navigate to Settings > Manage Accounts > Refresh All. Please note that data download limits vary by institution. Some banks restrict transaction history to 90 days, while others allow up to a year.
Once done, we can filter the view to check for any missing entries by going to Transactions, selecting All for both the Type and Account categories, and then customizing the specific time frame for the transactions in question.
If data is still missing, please check your bank's website to see if scheduled maintenance is preventing transactions from being downloaded. Once you have confirmed there are no ongoing technical issues, I recommend manually uploading your transactions via a CSV file.
