It’s possible that the phone number you called is for our QuickBooks Desktop Product Team. Were you able to get the help you need?
If not, let me know for me to be able to look into that. Also, I can provide you the necessary steps so you won’t have to wait in line.
In the meantime, I'm sharing with you how to get a call back from the QBO Customer Care Team. Here’s how:
1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Go to Help at the top right.
3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live agent.
