Glad you came here for support, durlacher-sarah-.
Since the statements were in PDF's, you can use a third-party application to help convert PDF's into .CSV format.
Feel free to visit our QuickBooks Apps website to search for applications that suits your business needs. From there, you'll see a list of options which are highly recommended by most of our product engineers. Let me route you there by following the steps below:
- In your browser enter this link to access the site: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home.
- In the Search field, enter a keyword or category.
When you're done converting the transactions, you can then import them into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Here’s how:
- On the left panel, choose Transactions.
- Click on the drop-down for Add transactions, then select Import transactions.
- From the Import transactions window, choose a bank and click Import older transactions.
- Follow the onscreen instructions and click Browse to upload your transaction.
- Click Open to start uploading the file.
For additional information about the import process, please see the following article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Let me know if you need further assistance with any of these steps. Please know I’m here to help. Wishing you the best.
