I am trying to reconnect the credit cards account but the COA Action/View Register is missing the Connect Bank option. Can't add CC accounts in Banking as well.
I logged in to our banking institution in QBO but I only see our bank accounts and not the credit cards. What am I missing here? This is not my first time to reconnect our credit cards in the Chart of Accounts and never have this issue.

To determine if the error is caused by the browser cache or not, we can perform some basic troubleshooting as an initial step. Let's start by opening a private browser in a new session.
Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
Safari: press Command + Shift + N.
Once you're in a private browser, you can follow these steps to reconnect your credit card account:
From the left menu, select Banking.
On the Banking page, select Add Account.
Search for your financial institution and select it from the list.
Enter your User or Login ID and password for the financial institution's website and select Continue.
Complete the security verification steps your financial institution requires and select Securely connect.
Select the bank emblem for the account you want to connect.
Select the Account type drop-down menu to choose either a Bank or Credit Card account. If you haven't already created the account, you can select +Add new to create a new account.
Select Connect. QuickBooks Online downloads the past 90 days of transactions. This process can take several minutes. If you need fewer than 90 days of transactions, select Need a shorter date range? (For more information, see Upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.)
When the download is complete, you are returned to the Banking page to review and add your transactions to QuickBooks Online.
