Buy nowThat's pretty crazy. Looking back through this thread you tell us for 6 months it's being worked on and then, rather than fix this issue and rather than update your customers, you quietly brush it aside. Not good business at all.
Since QB is no help, let me tell you what I did to resolve this issue.
I called Navy Federal and spoke with support.
- They had me unlink my personal account in quickbooks.
- Logged into my business account on the NFCU website with my business credentials
- Click the "more" tab
- Click "Security"
- Unlink quickbooks account.
- Clear the browser cache.
Then when I went back to QB and logged in with my business credentials, it finally worked.

Untrue. There are numerous complaints. I was one of them only to wait months and learn it's an internal issue that Quickbooks is aware of. Luckily I got a great rep who gave me access to the old software so I could manually get what I needed for 2023. I had to cancel because the issues has still not been rectified. So I am at a loss after paying for the software for 2024 only to be left with nothing.
