Missing transactions can sometimes be caused by delays or interruptions. With this, consider refreshing your bank feed to ensure all are successfully downloaded.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Manage accounts.
- Locate the bank that's connected to your account.
- Select Refresh all to refresh your bank accounts.

If the transactions are still missing after you refresh your banks, consider manually uploading your bank transactions using a CSV file into your QBSE account.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Import transaction.
- Locate the bank account that has missing transactions.
- Select Import older transactions.
