I can't deposit a mobile check in QB banking

People always ask me why the hell I do mobile checking. I completely get their concern now. When something goes wrong, you're screwed.

 

I've done everything possible and can't deposit a check into my account. QB told me to sign out and sign in. Did that countless times. Delete app, did that countless times. Ask customer for smaller check. Did that twice. Talk to Green Dot. Did that and almost lost my mind because their service is so bad. Wait until the next day and try again. Did that the next day. And the next day. And the next day.

 

I finally called back and said, what do I do? Answer was "Sorry, we are all out of solutions. You will need to talk to Greendot." Well Green Dot says you can't deposit business checks. Wait what? That would have been great to know on the front end. Guess I'll ask the sweet accountant (that has already written me two checks that didn't work) to write me a personal check and then have her company write her a business check for reimbursement. Kidding. Oh and then there is the "Up to 10k" literature which I thought included 10k. It doesn't. Green Dot says "Up to 10k" is 9999.99. So folks, be sure and ask for 2 checks when you make a 10k sale, 3 checks for a 20k sale, 4 checks for a 30k sale and so on. 

I've got deposits coming in that keep saying pending (Separate QB issue) so I can't switch banks until QB figures that one out. Not to mention the amount of integrations, accounts, and effort it will take just to break up with this company. I'm literally stuck and QB does not seem to care.

Anyone know anything I can do or have a contact I can reach that would be willing to help me? Thanks
