My call number for this issue is Updating Bank Consent : 15109081569 (DISP1.6.2). Unsure if this is the parent or child call. This is defo an issue and reported so unsure why you think this is not the case.

Updating Bank Consent : 15109081569 (DISP1.6.2) is my call number as this issue is still present for me.
I had the same problem with the inactive "Manage consent" link.
I managed to get it working by going to Bank transactions, selecting the account, pressing the little pencil icon and the button "Edit sign in info"... 🤷
