Basically, what you just informed me is that I have no viable way of depositing this money (1) without an iPhone or iPad, and (2) if I am not yet eligible (which is vague). Why create a Checking account if I can't deposit checks?
When will I be "eligible" (which, by the way, is vague and overbroad)?
When will the Android version be available?
I need hard dates on these questions because I'm seriously considering dropping my account.
Thank you for getting back to us, @jawi836749.
I can see how convenient it is to have this option on your mobile device.
We can't provide a definite date for when it will be available on Android devices this time. For now, I recommend providing our Development team with feedback. The likelihood of adding the feature in QuickBooks will increase as more feature requests they will receive.

Hello,
I just opened a Quickbooks checking account also. Has the android version for mobile check deposits been made available yet. I see on my phone it says "in research" I have the same issue why have this account if I can not make check deposits........
I understand you wish to utilize the QuickBooks mobile check feature, gmonnett.
I'm happy to provide more details about mobile check deposits. Please note that this feature is not available to all customers. To be eligible, you may need to meet certain requirements, such as the QuickBooks checking account being active and in good standing.
If you are eligible, you should see the option to deposit checks when you click "Get Money" within your mobile banking app. You will need to take a clear photo of the front and back of the check and follow any additional instructions provided by the app.
However, if you are eligible and approved to utilize the mobile check but cannot make a check deposit, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling your Android app. This can help clear any potential glitches or bugs that may prevent using the check deposit feature. To do this, go to your device's settings, find the app, and select uninstall. Once the app has been removed, go to the Google Play Store and search for the app to download and install it again.
Once you have successfully deposited a check, receiving your funds takes five business days. For more information on QuickBooks Checking mobile check deposits, refer to this article: Find out more about mobile check deposits.
Additionally, I recommend reviewing these articles to learn more about using mobile check deposits and discover new features and improvements implemented in QBO.
Feel free to comment below if you have any follow-up questions about depositing a check through your mobile device. I'll be available to assist you. Have a great day!
