I'm having the same problem. Anyone going to respond? When I log into QuickBooks, it gives me an option to send a text message to my current number. When I want to transfer money from checking or see the virtual card it asks me to send a text or call from a phone number that I no longer have and replaced a very long time ago. It's now over a week and not a single solution, no updates, no response. I already see my current phone number every where and no where do I see the old phone number.
I already changed my phone number long ago. I also uploaded my ID... It's now over a week with the phone number still the old one. I've changed my phone number many many months ago. Possibly a few years, I don't remember because I don't even remember the phone number it's currently asking me to send text or call. When I log in, it asks me to send a text or call to my current number. Only in checking, when I want to send money or see my virtual card it asks me for my old number that I no longer have access to. It's two complete different system, so please figure this out.
