I changed products account and no retroactive changes

Hi, @khelshiwy-gmail-.

You'd be glad to know that the changes of your products or services are retroactive once you'll tick the box beside the Also update this account in the historical transactions section. I'll show you how.

  1. Look for the item from the Product and Services window.
  2. Click on Edit under action.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the account.
  4. Mark the box under Also update the account in historical transations.
  5. Hit Save and close.

This retroactive change will only take effect for your service and non-inventory items. For inventory types, the update will only work on your future transactions after the update. As a workaround, you can reset up the item, then recreate your past entries.
