The process you've been through must have been quite exhausting, stephen. I understand the importance of syncing the Shopify data to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I'm here to ensure this gets sorted out. Beforehand, can you share the Shopify connector you're using? It'll help us verify the cause of this.
After integrating Shopify into QBO, the program will automatically download and organize your transactions.
Since the data didn't sync to QBO, I recommend disconnecting the app. Then, reconnect it. Doing so will help us determine if this is a connection issue between the two software.
Follow these steps to remove it:
- Go to Apps, then My Apps.
- Select the Action drop-down menu, then Disconnect. If you can't find the button, choose Settings, then locate it on the settings page.
- Complete the short questionnaire.
- Click Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.
Once done, connect the app again.
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to Shopify Support. They have tools to investigate the cause of why the transactions aren't showing up in QBO. You can search for their updated contact info in your browsers.
Please keep me posted anytime if you require further assistance managing your transactions. My goal is to ensure that you always achieve your desired outcomes with bookkeeping. Take care and stay safe!
