You can run the Audit Log to trace the transactions you've entered in your QuickBooks Online account.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
- Select Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Click anywhere to refresh.

There are also a few reports that you can pull up to show the information you need. Among these are the following:
- Deposit Detail report (shows all the deposits made)
- Check Detail report (shows all the checks made)
Here's how to run the above mentioned:
- Go to Reports.
- Enter the name of the report (Deposit Detail or Check Detail).
- Customize the filters to show the information you need.
- Click Run report.
