Hi there, @user44541.
Currently, recurring transactions can only be sorted alphabetically by clicking on the Template name header. It isn't possible to sort them by template name in a specific order. As a workaround, you can edit each recurring transaction and add a number before the template name to achieve your desired arrangement of the templates.
Here's how:
- Under the Action menu, click Edit.
- In your template name, add a number.
- Select Save template.
Afterward, you can arrange it in a specific way by clicking the Template Name header.
I'd suggest you send feedback to our team. They'll review your suggestion for future improvements.
Here's how:
- On the upper right corner of your QBO page, go to Settings.
- Under the Profile menu, select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or suggestions.
- Click Next.
