QBSE is a stand alone product. You are unbale to migrate data from QBO or QBD. You can only run bank feeds or import the bank/credit card statements manually.

Hello there, @IsabelI'm here to share some information about moving your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

As Fiat Lux - Asia mentioned above, the option to transfer all of your data from QBO to QBSE is unavailable since these two are different platforms of QuickBooks.

However, we can export the bank transactions and import them through a .CSV file into QBSE. You'll want to follow these steps to proceed:

  1. Go to the Settings ⚙, then select Import transactions.
  2. Click Import older transactions on the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
  3. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
  4. Select Import.

Meanwhile, if you plan to connect the same bank or credit card account you used in QBO, you don't have to move the transactions. You'll just have to connect your bank and credit card accounts to it.

I'd also recommend checking for a third-party application that can help you transfer your data to QBSE. Any questions about utilizing the app are best handled by the third-party app provider.

Since there are some features in QBO that aren't available in QBSE, you can check these articles to know more about the limitations:

Please let me know how it goes after migrating your transactions into QBSE by dropping a comment below. I'm always here to provide additional assistance. Have a great day!
