You can use the trial version of QBD 2012, 2015, 2018, and 2021 to upgrade your data gradually and convert it to QBO Simple Start. Contact me in private and we can share the trial codes. Otherwise, we can help to convert your data directly to QB Desktop 2021.

I see that you're having difficulties importing your backup files, pwehde. I'm here to help you with this.

You can follow the suggestions by 4Gal and Fiat Lux - ASIA.

Meanwhile, your backup files are in an unsupported format, so you cannot import them. To successfully proceed, I recommend using a converting tool to convert your file.

These are the file formats supported by QuickBooks:

  • CSV
  • XLS/XLSX
  • Google Sheets

For more detailed information, check out this article: Common questions about importing data

Furthermore,
if you have a customer or vendor list that you'd like to bring into QuickBooks Online, you can import these as a spreadsheet from Outlook, Gmail, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Kindly tap the reply button if you need further help importing your file. I'm always here, ready to lend a hand.
