I have duplicate transactions coming from my QB checking account to the bank feeds, how do I fix that?

QuickBooks Online offers a handy Exclude feature that can help you manage duplicate transactions in your bank feeds, jennisan1.

This function allows you to remove duplicate entries on the online banking page. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use it:

  1. Go back to the online banking section and proceed to the For Review tab.
  2. Check the boxes of all transactions to exclude.
  3. Select Exclude.

Once done, the selected transactions will be moved to the Excluded tab within the Banking page.

If a wrong transaction is accidentally excluded, you just need to go to the Excluded tab. Then, select the transaction and click Undo to send it back to the For Review tab.

Just in case you find yourself needing extra support when categorizing your bank transactions, our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team is always available to jump in and provide help.

Additionally, don't hesitate to return to this forum or respond directly to this message if you encounter any further challenges with banking transactions or other QuickBooks Online tasks. We're here to assist you with any aspect of QBO that you might find challenging.
