I have my Vagaro (booking merchant) connected to QB and my bank the income is showing as double. How do I get it to match vs it saying I made twice the income..

Let me ensure you're connected with the right support to assist you in handling your Vagaro transactions for seamless matching in QuickBooks Online (QBO), cesma-rtbspa.

Before we begin, I'm here to clarify why your income is showing as double. This occurs when there's a manual payment recorded in your account. Additionally, entering transactions instead of matching them can result in duplicate entries.

Let's exclude the duplicate entries to fix the issue Here's how:

  1. In your company, head to the Banking menu on the left panel and choose Bank transactions.
  2. Tap the Blue tile icon and select your account from the list.
  3. Go to the For Review tab and tick the boxes for transactions you wish to remove.
  4. Tap the Exclude button.

This action will move the entries to the Excluded tab. Here's an article that goes through the process in detail: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.

Also, categorize your transactions to the correct account for a seamless reconciliation process. In addition, the data we received depends upon what Vagaro shared with us. That said, I recommend contacting the application's customer support team for further assistance.

They'll configure the mapping of your transactions and show you how to manage them to prevent doubling your income. You can also ask them if you'll have to disconnect the app when the money comes from your bank.

Furthermore, follow the solutions in these resources to help speed up the categorization and matching process of entries:

Keep me posted if you have other product-related concerns or additional questions about managing your Vagaro transactions. I'll be glad to lend a hand.
