1. Yes, email address of your customers are being converted. Some other information converted are: 

• Company Name
• Mr./Ms./?
• First Name
• M.I.
• Last Name
• Phone
• FAX
• Alt Ph.
• Terms
• Bill to Address (Note: Up to 4000 characters)
• Ship To Address 
• Tax code/item
• Preferred Payment Method

2. No, customize reports are not being converted. If you wish to customize your QBO reports, you can use this article as a reference: How to customize reports.

3. Currently, converting and creating groups for memorized transactions into QBO is unavailable. As a workaround, you can duplicate an existing transaction and assign it to your customers/vendors. For your guide, check out this article: Create templates for recurring transactions.
