The Bank transactions page in QuickBooks Online (QBO) will only display transactions that have been downloaded from your connected bank accounts or manually imported by you. If you have manually written a check, it'll be included in the bank register of the account from which the funds were withdrawn.
Here's how to access your bank register:
Once in the bank register, you can click the funnel icon to filter the Transaction Type to only show checks.
