Thank you for alerting us, @centurycitydsttreasurer. Error 377 in QuickBooks Online indicates that the connection type with your bank needs to be updated, preventing transactions from downloading. To fix this, please go to your Bank transactions page and click the "Update Now" banner at the top of the screen.
This will help you reconnect your bank account with the new Direct Connection and restore transaction downloads. The banner will display the following message: "Let’s fix this bank connection..."
