I linked my bank account with quickbooks, but it only went back to September. How do I have it start on January 1, 2018?

When you link an account, QBO will let you download the last 90 days of transactions, rkl.

You can use Web Connect files to import additional transactions directly into QBO. Just export them from your bank using these file types:

• Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
• Quicken (QFX)
• QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Microsoft Money (OFX)

Please take note that the maximum file size QBO allows for these transactions is 350 KB. You can check the file size by following these steps:

1. Right-click the file you want to upload.
2. Select Properties.
3. You will see the file size on the General tab.
