Hello there, @usertigermessiah.

Congratulations on being able to successfully link your Chase business account with QuickBooks. 90-days worth of your transactions are automatically downloaded into QuickBooks and you can assign specific categories to it. You can refer to this video tutorial for more detailed steps in categorizing your bank transactions: How to categorize transactions from your bank & credit card.

Just to clarify, what are you trying to create? This is for me to provide you with accurate information and further assist you.

Also, you can read through these articles to help you easily manage your bank transactions:

Hello there,

The issue I’m having is it only allows me to go back to 2020. I would like to be able to go back to previous years

Evening,

Thanks for responding. I can only see transactions from 2020. I would like to go back to 2019,2018,2017. Is there a way I can tell the system to pull those banking transactions as well?

Thanks for getting back to us, usertigermessiah.

The downloaded transactions in QuickBooks depends on your financial institutions. Most of the bank only allows you to transfer data up to a year.

That being said, we'll have to manually import other transactions into your QuickBooks Online account.

You can check this article that has detailed information about importing transactions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once imported, you can now categorize and match them. I've added these links as your guide:

That should do it! I'll be around if you need help. Keep safe!
