This usually happens when the connection between QuickBooks Online (QBO) and your bank is interrupted which causes missing transactions. Before we start, may I know what's the name of your bank?
You can update your bank to refresh the connection. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu on the left side.
- Select Update.
However, if it's still not updating, I encourage you to download your bank transactions and upload them in QuickBooks to keep up with the latest transactions. To give you more information on how to do it, check out this article: Manually Upload Transactions Into QuickBooks Online.
