Hello Charlene,
When I select my checking account on the Bank Acount linking process, it also selects the associated line of credit account, effectively blocking me from being able to link either account. How do I get past this?
best,
Wake

Thanks for getting back to us with additional details, Wake. I'll share some tips on you can successfully connect your account.
Most banks attach the line of credit to checking accounts to protect you from overdrafts and from having transactions denied for non-sufficient funds. Sometimes this can cause connection issues in the program. That said, you may need to directly coordinate with your financial institution to check if they temporarily unlink the line of credit.
If you need to get your latest available transactions right now, you'll want to consider manually uploading them. Start signing in to your bank's website and then their instructions on how to download the file. As of now, our supported formats are CSV, QBO, and QFX.
Once done, refer to the steps below to be guided in importing them:
Additionally, I've attached an article that'll help you review your entries and accounts to make sure they match your monthly statements: Reconcile Workflow.
