May I know if you're getting error 102 or 105? If so, your bank may have a system maintenance or server issue and this can stop the online bank connection to QuickBooks. If you keep seeing errors 102 or 105, you can manually update the online bank connection in QuickBooks..
To update the account:
- Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu on the left panel.
- Then click on the Update button.
If you still see an error, please wait for about 2 to 3 hours and try again.
