I'm trying to import an iif file. 4 of the 5 files imported. 1 of the files did not import. 41 transactions - all failed.

Let's get your .IIF file imported to QuickBooks, rmichel.

 

Before we proceed to any troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend updating the release version of your QuickBooks Desktop.

I'm trying to import an iif file. 4 of the 5 files imported. 1 of the files did not import. 41 transactions - all failed.

When this happens, newer versions of QB create an error file named similarly to the original IIF file.  You can open that file in Excel - from Excel's menu not by double clicking the file - and see what QB is complaining about for each transaction that failed.
