Hi thisguycleanshou!
Welcome to QuickBooks Community. I can help you in setting up a recurring transaction.
Please note that this feature is ideal for transactions that are of the same data, especially the amount. However, you can select the Reminder type of recurring template. This way, you can create a schedule to remind you to create transactions and this is used for transactions with a fixed schedule that need to be edited before they're created.
I added these articles if you need detailed steps on how to create templates for recurring transactions and how to change or delete them:

Hi there, thisguycleanshou.
I appreciate you for coming back to the thread to add extra clarification about your concern. With this, I'll ensure to share additional details on how recurring works in QuickBooks Online. I'll ensure you can send feedback so our product developers can consider adding the feature in the next updates.
As mentioned by my colleague, creating a recurring entry is ideal for transactions that have the same data or information. Then, you can create templates for recurring transactions for any transaction except bill payments, customer payments, and time activities. Also, setting up a recurring transaction with one email with a different amount isn't possible. The provided details above are the workaround you can perform to accomplish your goal.
For now, I encourage you to submit feedback about setting up a recurring transaction with various prices in one email. These requests and suggestions are forwarded to the Product Development Team for consideration in future updates. To start with, you'll have to go to the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
Lastly, you may refer to this article to view steps on how you can get a list of all your recurring transactions and the accounts they're linked to in QuickBooks Online: Review your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Please leave me a reply if you have additional questions about creating recurring transactions or anything about QuickBooks. Have a good one!
