I see unrecognized transactions on my QuickBooks Checking account. What can I do?

There are two transactions that I don't recognize and I'm not sure what to do. Is there a phone number I call?

This was a completely worthless reply. Not only did you basically tell me to put a post on the community (the very thing you're answering) but when I waited until Monday morning at 6 AM PST to reach out again all I was told is "you need to contact Green Dot"
