Hello, bucksautounlockservice. I'll route you to the appropriate support for assistance to ensure you'll be able to receive your transfers.

Please know that transfers from external bank accounts to QB Checking will only take three business days. Since it's been over five days, and the transaction has cleared your bank, contacting our dedicated live Payments Support Team is the best next step to have your account checked in a secured environment and access your funds seamlessly so you can buy things for your business.

Here's how you can reach out to them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select (?) Help and proceed to the Search tab.
  3. Key in a question or topic from the designated field, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.

On the other hand, you might want to set aside your funds for future expenses using envelopes. These amounts will be separated from your account to prevent accidental spending.
