Thank you for reaching out to the Community. You'll want to undo the transactions and delete them to fix the balance. Also, you can undo the transactions by batch to deleting everything. I'll share with you the steps:
These transactions will go back to the For Review tab. Just follow the steps on how to exclude and delete them.
Here's how:
Once done, you can import these transactions using the WebConnect or Excel CSV files to the correct bank account.

I had already done those steps, and the Bank Balance is wrong. The Quickbook balance for both the old closed account shows $0, which is correct, and the current Bank Account balance shows the correct QB balance also, but both accounts show the wrong Bank Account balance on the Banking Dashboard. Both bank accounts are reconciled and they match. There must be some transactions that are "hanging" in the background that are still affecting the bank balance totals.
This was supposed to be escalated to the next tier of support, but I have not received an update.
Please advise.
Thanks for getting back here, @info-themiamigro. I'd be happy to share additional steps in fixing your bank balance issue in QuickBooks.
Below are several reasons why bank balances in QuickBooks don't match. You may need to check the transactions to fix the balance:

You may also want to reach out to our Customer Care team to further help you check what caused the wrong bank balance. They use specific tools to safely look into your account and guide you on the actions you can take.
Just in case you'll want QBO to automatically categorize transactions for you, you can set up bank rules. This will speed up this review process and can even scan the entries and add details.
