I use both Ally Bank and GoBank for business. why cant I connect my banks to log transactions

I'd like to help you connect the bank account, mr-dclockhartbus.

 

Here are the possible causes why you can't connect to these banks:

  • Some banks have multiple names on our list.
  • You financial institution may not connect to all types of accounts.
  • The bank may not be a participating financial institution.

Let's make sure you have the correct bank URL and then connect the account again by following these steps:

  1. Go to your bank's website an copy the URL.
  2. In your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, click the Gear > Banking accounts.
  3. Paste the URL in the Connect another bank or credit card box.
  4. Enter the sign-in information you use for your bank's website.
  5. Click the Connect securely button.

If you still can’t find your bank, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support so we can investigate what's happening.
