One of my users update quickbooks 2018 and now I would like to downgrade to enterprise 2017 R5 version . how ?

Solved! Go to Solution.
You can't downgrade a company file from 2018 to Enterprise 17.0.
Once a file is upgrade to a new version year of QB, it can't be used in an older version year.
