It's quick and easy to import bank transactions to QuickBooks Online. Let me show you!
Once you have the file, you can follow these steps on how to import:
- Go to the Banking/Transactions menu and select the Banking tab.
- Click the Link account dropdown, then Upload from file.
- Select Browse or Select files and then select the file you downloaded from your bank, then Next.
- In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then Next.
- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Next.
- Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Next, then Yes.
- Tap Let's go.
