Importing missing transactions, Quickbooks says it has filtered out transactions that it already got from the bank. But those transactions are not showing up. How to fix?

Before we proceed, we must confirm that you can access and view all the transactions in the bank feeds.

Follow these steps: 

1. Go to Transactions.
2. From Account: All dropdown and select the account where the download is. 
3. On the Date dropdown menu, select All.

If you're still unable to locate the missing transactions, I suggest contacting QuickBooks Self-Employed support to assist you further on why no transactions are showing on bank feeds.
