I have several months of transaction from my bank account from 2021 that did not come over into QB. I have updated several times and nothing. I don't know what to do. Ty
Ask your bank to provide the bank statement file or download it from their website if available. You can import *.csv or *.qbo files later. Another option, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.

I'd like to add something about the transactions that were not downloaded after connecting your bank account.
There are some banks that only allow up to 90 days worth of transactions. Though, others may allow you to download as far as 24 months.
It looks like your bank only downloads your transactions up to a certain date. So, as what Fiat mentioned, we can download the missing transactions to an Excel file then import it into QuickBooks.
After getting the Excel file, here's how you can upload the transactions:
