Intuit Charges

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Community, Michelle. I'm here to assist with the charges in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When using QBO Payments, fees depend on how the payment is processed and the transaction amount. The fees are processed at a low 1% fee per transaction. You can check this website about payment rates depending on the payment used: Standard Payment Fees & Rates.

Furthermore, to verify why and when you were charged 10% from one of your customer invoice bank transfers, I suggest contacting our QBO customer care team support. They have specialized tools that can access your account in a secure environment and provide adequate solutions.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
  4. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
  5. Choose how to contact our QB support team.
  • Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
  • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.

Please take note of our QBO support hours availability, which varies on your subscriptions. Here's the list:

  • QBO Simple Start, Plus, and Essentials support teams are available Mondays to Fridays from 6 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 6 am to 3 pm following Pacific Time.
  • QBO Advance user support team is available 24/7 for assistance.

In addition, this material can guide you in recording and receiving payments online in QBO: Receive and process payments in QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Payments.

I'll be around if you have other queries, Michelle. Feel free to reply in the comment section. Take care!
