Is anyone having an issue with getting to the "new deposit" screen? I can get to every screen with the exception of this one on QB online, so I can record deposits?

Live chat was of no help and this screen just hangs, for two days now, when I click on it.

Upon replicating here on my end, the deposit screen you are referring to is functioning well. That said, to isolate this matter, you can perform some troubleshooting steps as this concern could be a browser-related issue. Stored cache can cause unexpected behavior.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

If it works, kindly proceed with clearing your cache. This helps improve the performance of the application. Then, if the issue persists, you can refer to this article for other supported browsers while using QuickBooks.

We tried all of this while on live chat yesterday, and nothing worked to get the page to come up.
